• Managed to implement General Ledger; Budget and Funds Management; Procurement; Accounts Payable; Cash and Bank; Asset Management; Project System; Quarterly Allotment and Commitment Control.
• Some functionalities/modules like contract management and revenue module have not covered all MDAs pending conclusion of providing training to end users, equipment to MDAs as well as provisioning of network (GWAN) connectivity.
• EFT was introduced in September 2021 replacing printing of cheques from IFMIS

OUR VISION

• Extending coverage of IFMIS to foreign missions by 2023;
• Revenue receipting in IFMIS through digital platforms, ultimately phasing out cash receipting by 2025;
• Rolling out SAP to MDF and State Residences from April, 2024;
• Finalizing key interface of IFMIS with other key government systems by 2025;
• Introduction of Fiori web based SAP application by 2024/2025;
• Phasing out submission of physical financial documents (payment vouchers and supporting documents after introduction of EDMS from April, 2024;
• EFT enhancement from April, 2024 following the upgrade of core banking system at RBM to increase volume of transactions processed per day;
